In some cases, the Guarantor for the protection of personal information may request information pursuant to art. 157, 158 and 159. Personal data is treated with computerized instruments for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. 4. Shall have the right to oppose, in all or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
