Their primary technical function is to protect the line, minimising the conducted emissions on the power supply typically generated by the rapid switching of modern servo drives. Installing a suitable mains filter upstream of the drive helps prevent critical malfunctions in CNC systems, PLCs, industrial PCs and sensors connected to the same mains supply.
Ideal for both new installations and retrofitting and regulatory compliance projects, these filters offer exceptional physical and thermal robustness. The construction features a solid galvanised steel frame with internal components fully encapsulated in epoxy resin. This design ensures complete isolation and consistent performance over time, even in the harshest manufacturing environments.
